Do you have parking within the residence?

Our establishment offers free, secure parking (automatic gate closed at night). Each mini-villa has a parking space near the accommodation and a badge to open the gate during its closing hours.

What are the opening times at reception?

We’re at your disposal every day from 8.00am to midnight.

What are the snack and bar times?

The snack and bar area is open daily from 8.00am to 10.00pm. You can enjoy it by the pool or in your villa, for an additional €5 per person.

What are the breakfast times and price?

The breakfast buffet is available every morning from 8.00am to 10.30am, at a price of €21 per adult and €13 per child under 12 years old. It’s served by the pool with a view of Bonifacio and the sea. You can enjoy lots of local, Corsican, homemade products. Room service is also available to enjoy your breakfast in your villa, for an additional €10 per person.

Are pets accepted?

Our animal friends are accepted under certain conditions. Please contact us directly. If accepted, a supplement of €30 per animal per night will be applied.

What are the booking and cancellation conditions?

Our booking and cancellation conditions are as follows:

Booking conditions:

  • For stays of 3 nights or less: the amount of the first night is charged upon booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
  • For stays of more than 3 nights: 30% of the amount of the stay is taken upon booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

 

Cancellation conditions for all stays:
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.

If cancellation occurs between 59 and 31 days, the deposit is not refunded.

If cancellation occurs 30 days or less before arrival, payment for the entire stay is due.
For all shortened or no-show stays, the entire reservation will be charged.

Is a Figari Airport/residence shuttle service available?

We do not offer a shuttle service between Figari Airport and the residence. To make your stay more pleasant, we recommend that you rent a vehicle directly from the rental agencies at Figari, Bastia or Ajaccio airport or the port of Porto-Vecchio.

How far are we from the island’s various ports and airports?

We are:

  • 20 minutes from Figari Airport
  • 2 hr 15 from Ajaccio Airport
  • 2 hr 30 from Bastia airport
  • 25 minutes from the port of Porto-Vecchio.

How long does it take to get from Bonifacio to the residence?

The property is a 5-minute drive from Bonifacio and a 15-minute walk via a footpath.

Do you have preferential rates with Golf de Spérone?

We offer preferential rates for Golf de Spérone during the season (except July/August).

At what time can we arrive and leave the villa?

Arrivals are between 5.00pm and 10.00pm. Departures must be completed before 10.00am for weekly rentals and 11.00am for overnight stays.

What do we need to do for an arrival scheduled after midnight?

In case of arrival after midnight, please let us know. We will provide you with information to help with your arrival.

What does the price offered on the website include?

The price includes final cleaning, bed linen hire (for your convenience, the beds in the rooms are made up on arrival), a set of towels (one large and one small) and a pool towel per person.

Tourist tax (€1.65/day/person) is payable on site.

Are beach towels provided?

We do not provide beach towels. To make the most of your stay, remember to bring them. Household linen and pool towels are available within your villa and must not leave the property.

Does the property have free wifi?

You can access the wifi for free within your villa as well as at reception and the swimming pool.

Do you offer daily cleaning?

The price offered on the site does not include the daily cleaning of your villa. If you wish to book an extra hour of cleaning (€30 per hour), please inform reception.

During which period is the swimming pool accessible and heated?

The pool is accessible and heated from the opening to the closing of the residence.

Do villas have a BBQ?

All our villas have a charcoal barbecue. Grills should be requested at reception. We do not provide charcoal.
