Terms and conditions of sale
Weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
Possibility of overnight stay during the season.
WEEKLY RATE
Free of charge:
- Welcome pack: two kitchen towels, a sponge, washing-up liquid, a dishwasher tablet, a kitchen and bathroom bin bag, soap and shower gel.
- Free end-of-stay cleaning
- Linen hire (beds already made on arrival)
- One set of towels per person (one large and one small towel) + bath mat
- One swimming pool towel per person for the week
- Free laundry facilities at reception
- Loan of childcare equipment: we can provide you free of charge with the essentials for your baby (cot, high chair, booster seat and bathtub), which you will need to remember before your arrival.
To be paid on site :
- Tourist tax
Optional:
- Buffet breakfast €21 per adult and €13 per child under 12
- Cleaning service during your stay: €30 per hour
NIGHT RATE
Free of charge:

Booking conditions
Booking conditions:
* For stays of 3 nights or less: the amount of the first night is charged upon booking. The balance is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
* For stays longer than 3 nights: 30% of the amount of the stay is charged upon booking. The balance is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
If cancellation occurs between 59 and 31 days, the deposit is not refunded.
If cancellation occurs 30 days or less before arrival, the entire stay is due.
For all shortened stays or no-shows, the entire reservation will be charged.
We remind you that with a visa premier card, you benefit, under certain conditions, from cancellation insurance. Speak to your bank.
